Breakfast is the Château's speciality, one of the best moments of the day...

Our breakfast consists of a variety of croissants, all homemade, jam made with fruits from the Château garden. Ardennes ham, local eggs and fresh orande juice. And Henri will serve all in a candlelit room or on the terrace in summer. Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 10.30..
 
On Mondays, Thursdays and Saterdays, Henri, a pastrycook since he qualified at the Ostend Hotel and Catering School at the age of 17, serves a four-course meal ( a gastronomic sixcourse meal is served on Saterdays).
The Château cooks traditional fare, Henri's chief aim being to use, seasonal products, often from our own garden.
During the hunting season, boar, venison and hare are on the menu, all being sourced locally.
Wehe serves the meals in the elegant, welcoming dining room. (Max. 80 persons).
